Refresh recommendations after new songs have been favorited
Right now, once you've gotten recommendations on the "Discover" tab, if you open it back up again later it's the same recommendations as before, whether or not you've made changes to your favorited tracks. This should not be cached indefinitely and should definitely refresh when your favorited tracks change, if not every time you re-open the tab.
